A maximum of three panels can be submitted by PhotoEntry. A panel should contain between 3 and 5 images and only arranged panels should be submitted. The submission deadline is the 1st of April. Chris has offered to lend a hand to anyone who needs a bit of help making up a panel. WINNING IMAGE Cheryl Morris Up Close and Personal Scoring a faultless 20 in our last round of the mono competition, Cheryl’s fantastic, detailed portrait of a Snow Monkey is another great example of the club’s most recent obsession. CROYDON CENTENARY RESULTS On Wednesday the 26th it was the 35th Croydon Centenary Competition, judged by Lawrence Homewood, with 8 clubs taking part in both PDI and Print rounds. Bromley held it’s own with a very competent joint 4th place; only half a mark away from the bronze, and 4 and a half points away from Tandridge Photographic Society who were the overall winners. Crucially, we beat Beckenham by half a mark! Morning Mist by Peter Milton and Rainbow Falls by Steve Jones were our top scorers in each of the rounds. Croydon Centenary Results BRITISH WILDLIFE CENTRE OUTING 8:30am, 5th April Lifts available from Bromley Needing to be at the centre by 9:45am, we’re planning on a fairly early start from Bromley. Home to Red Squirrels, Scottish Wildcat’s, Pine Martins and much more, the British Wildlife Centre will surely provide ample photographic opportunities. British Wildlife Centre PHOTOGRAPHIC OPPORTUNITY London Landmarks Half Marathon 9am-3:30pm, 6th April Tommy’s Baby Loss Charity are looking for volunteers to photograph those running to raise money for their charity. 20,000 runners are expected to take part this year so it’s great opportunity to get some great images and do it for a great cause! You don’t have to be there for the whole day and your work could be used to celebrate the event.
