Join us for our first competition of the year.    

BETTY DESHMUKH

In late August, Betty Deshmukh, a member of Bromley Camera Club since January 2000, sadly passed away. 

Betty was a prolific member of our community and held the positions of Chair and Secretary for many years. She was an interesting and headstrong person who was known for her unique style of photography. 

Her service will be taking place on Wednesday the 24th of September at 11am at Beckenham Crematorium. After her service, her family and friends are invited to the Elm Tree in Elmers End.

Her family would like to know who will be attending so please can you email the secretary account so that you can be sent the contact information of her son.    

RPS EXHIBITION

Ripley Arts Centre
  The South East London group of the RPS is exhibiting at the Ripley Arts Centre from Tuesday. The exhibition title is Viewpoints. Steve J is part of the exhibition so please show your support by attending!

KCPA ROSS CUP

25th October
Ditton Community Centre, Aylesford ME20 6QR
  The Ross Cup 2025 will take place on 25th October 2025 at Ditton Community Centre Kiln Barn Rd, Ditton, Aylesford ME20 6QR. Doors open to the public at 1pm and the event is expected to finish around 5.30. Entry is £5 on the door. The judge for this year’s competition is Roy Essery MPAGB.   The Ross Cup is awarded to the Associate with the highest total marks in the competition from a total of up to 8 prints.   The Mick Smithson Shield and Premier Award Certificate are awarded to the Photographer, who in the opinion of the Judge(s) produced the Best Print.   The Lakeland Holidays Landscape Trophy is awarded to the Photographer who in the opinion of the Judge(s) produced the Best Landscape Print. A Trophy is presented to the Most Improved Club. Defined by the Club with the highest placement as compared to their position in the competition the previous year. Merit Award Certificates (maximum 10) may be awarded at the discretion of the Judge(s).

A maximum of 4 images can be submitted. Please submit your titles to Julie by the 2nd of October. Prints can be handed in on the night of the competition but ideally earlier.
