The Docklands Light Railway has launched an exclusive train tour from Tower Gateway to Cutty Sark. With the help of an on-board guide, discover all sorts of titbits about the transformed Docklands area of east London before arriving at Greenwich to take in some of the City’s prettiest buildings on a 30-minute guided walking tour of Greenwich.

‘Kent, Garden of England’, is an exhibition of garden landscape photography by David Lewis ARPS. Kent has been described as the Garden of England. For this exhibition, David’s seventh but his first in Bromley, David is showing some of his work from an ongoing project to photograph Kent’s major public gardens.
Another Europe, an outdoor exhibition of photographs around Kings Cross – now on and until Thursday 9 August
Another Europe features 28 photographs, one from each EU Member-State, mounted on specially designed concrete benches dispersed around London’s King’s Cross area. The photographers represent a wide range of photographic practices and are a mixture of established and emerging talents. Together they voice themes and influences we all recognise as part of our cultural heritage from concrete manifestations such as monuments, buildings and sites to the more ephemeral social aspects such as childhood, fairytales, theatre, landscape, conflict, work, celebration, family, memories, literature and traditions.

A Photographic Exchange: Photography Workshop with Manuel Vason
Over two days you will practice photography as a methodology to communicate and connect with the ash trees of a small forest near Folkestone.
Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 August 2018, 10-5pm, this is a free workshop (completely subsidized by the ash project) though you must be available to attend both days of the workshop.

Notting Hill Carnival – Bank Holiday Weekend 25, 26 and 27 August
Join London’s biggest street party as the Notting Hill Carnival fills the streets of west London with Caribbean colours, music and flavours.
