COMMITTEE VACANCIES
The support of members in running the club is vital to maintain its future. There are currently two vacancies to join the Executive Committee for the 2023/24 season onwards; elements of each role could be divided between members to spread the workload:

Programme Secretary
Responsibilities include: Organising the annual programme of speakers, workshops and competitions. Clive has already begun working on the 23/24 programme and is happy to support the new Programme Secretary. This role could also be divided between a couple of members. Attending committee meetings (around 6 per year, held on Zoom). Club Secretary
Responsibilities include: Sending the weekly newsletter through Mail Chimp. Charlotte will provide full training on how to use this system. Attending committee meetings (around 6 per year, held on Zoom), writing agendas and taking minutes. If you are interested, or would like any more information, please speak to any member of the committee.

ANNUAL EXHIBITION
The club has the opportunity to hold an annual exhibition again – the first since Covid. However, this will not be able to take place without the support of other members. Jobs will include setting up the exhibition, marshalling the event (short shifts) and taking it down afterwards. If you are prepared to help, or would like more information, please speak to Brian. Thank you to the members who have already volunteered their time; it is very much appreciated.

RPS LONDON PRINT EXHIBITION
The RPS print exhibition, to showcase work from the London members, will be held from 12 to 16 April at the Espacio Gallery (E2 7DG). Steve Jones and David Lewis have a print each in the exhibition so please do go along to support them. For more information, see the event website.

RETURN OF TROPHIES
If you have a trophy from last season, please return it to the club by the end of April so that it can be engraved with this year’s winners.

SLF FINALS
Bromley Camera Club is in the PDI Final of the SLF Finals, which will be held on 22 April 2023 at Beckenham County Cricket Ground. Doors open at 1pm and the event starts at 2pm.

There are ten tickets available to members and the cost is £5 each; please see Brian if you are interested. However, if you are happy to help with the set up/take down (similar to our own club nights but on a larger scale), you do not need to pay for your ticket.

UPCOMING MEETINGS
