| IMAGE OF THE WEEK Seen at the top of the newsletter, Czech Conroy’s striking image entitled Yum, That Was Good Value captures a menacing looking gull on a restuarant table with leftovers. The photograph was one of only two images to score full marks in last weeks Phone Only Competition. Great image! |

| CROYDON CENTENARY TROPHY Shirley Methodist Church Hall, CR0 8SD 7.45pm, 18th March Judged by Andy Smith The inter-club competition, held by Croydon Camera Club, is in its 36th year. It’s a great opportunity to see what others are up to as well as get to know the wider South London photography community. 8 clubs all together have been invited to compete. There will be two rounds – PDI and print – with each club able to enter 4 images into each round. If you have an image yourself, or would like to nominate somebody else’s, which you think would bring Bromley glory, then let us know. Julie will be in charge of the final selection. |
| UPCOMING MEETINGSColour & Mono Print Competition, Round 3 5th March Judged by Clive Tanner A maximum of four images can be submitted. Please submit your titles to Julie and upload digital versions of your images via PhotoEntry by the 3rd of March. Ideally bring your prints in prior to the night of the competition but prints can be brought on the 5th if needs be. Studio Session 12th March With External Model |
