What’s on this weekend and soon
Monochrome exhibition – Saturday 28 May to Wednesday 1 June, open daily from 10:00am to 3:00pm at South Quay Plaza, 189 Marsh Wall, E14 9SR. The nearest station is South Quay on DLR. Entry is free.
The Monochrome format simplifies and strengthens our photographs. Highlighting patterns of light and shadow, or light falling across a surface to emphasize grainy textures. An effective monochrome is reliant on its composition. The Photographic Angle always encourage submissions from all over the world but the high quality work produced here in Britain stood out, and they chose more work by British photographers than with some of their other recent exhibition themes.
